Background
JPM Foundation International is a UK-registered charitable organization (REG. No. 15215615) founded by Ms. Cissy Odu and named in honor of her parents, John and Phoebe Muzei. Born, raised, and educated in Uganda, Cissy, served as a Nurse before dedicating herself to community service upon relocating to the UK in the early 2000s.
Cissy's philanthropic journey began in 2007, supporting communities in her birthplace. This commitment culminated in the formal establishment of JPM Foundation International in 2017. Drawing inspiration from her humble beginnings and her parents' sacrifices, Cissy champions the belief that true success is measured by the positive impact we create in the lives of others.

Our Focus

Primary Focus: We are dedicated to fostering equitable access to quality healthcare, education, housing, and economic empowerment for impoverished and marginalized populations in disadvantaged communities across the developing world.

Countries/Regions of Operation: Since 2017, our initiatives have been active in the Bukedi and Teso sub-regions of Eastern Uganda. With continued support, we aim to extend our reach to other vulnerable communities across Uganda and ultimately expand our impact to target communities throughout East Africa and neighbouring countries - particularly Congo and South Sadan.

- Organizational Structure: JPM Foundation International operates within a robust organizational framework comprising a Board of Trustees, Chief Operating Officer, Regional Ambassadors, Community Representatives, and Community Support Teams. Each plays a vital role—providing overall oversight, strategic planning and implementation direction, regional coordination, grassroots supervision, and project execution, respectively. The organization upholds strong operational ethics and adheres to a strict code of conduct, ensuring transparency and accountability in all its operations.
